Kathryn J. Schwartz has been actively practicing family law since 2012. Kathryn assists clients on a variety of domestic relations issues including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, division of property, removal of children from the Commonwealth, modifications and contempt complaints, and 209A Restraining Orders (representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants). Kathryn is no stranger to the courts, having represented clients in Probate and Family Courts in several counties in the Commonwealth, including Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, Worcester, and Essex Counties on a variety of divorce and family law matters including motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, pre-trial conferences and trials.
In addition, Kathryn has directed many clients through the often confusing legal system as a Limited Assistance Representation Attorney.
